hello folks, both my wife and myself have RA my wifes is in her wrists and hands, myself it is all over with swan neck fingers, mine started 7 years ago you name it i have been through it, spent thousands on trying to get relief i even tried to get to the humber bridge to jump off but could not even get in the car. i had the humira pen and ended up with broncial pneumonia my wife was told it was touch and go. tried 2 lots of double retuxamab infusions did not work. i asked the doctor to give me one more go as i had had enough and i was given my 3ed set of infusions and within a month wow i am alive again, now this is what we are also taking, (pukka herbs) (tumeric and bosweilia) (wife been on these 10 years me 1 year) then last august while in WOODHALL SPA we called in to a butchers and we were struggling to get some money out of the wifes purse, the butcher said i see your struggling like i used to do, he said i will give you one word of advise it is up to you. buy some linseed seeds ground and put two spoons on your meals daily dont miss a day, it wont relieve the pain but will give the joints mobility, he said i now go golfing 3 times a week. so with this in mind i checked with our doctor herbalist and she said linseed oils (seeds) when taken your body converts it to omega three and is higher than fish. we have been taking the linseed seeds now for 6 months and i am typing this out like i used to years ago ie touch typing i have not done that for 7 years. our little westie has diabetes and was out of control we gave her a spoonfull with her meals and her diabetes has dropped by 50 points and the vet is astonished.

i am sorry if i have gone on a bit but give the things i have mentioned a go it might help
kind regards

Hi Dave,

I'm so happy to read you have found something to help with your mobility. No one can tell you how bad the pain is with RA but when you find something which gives relief it's a godsend. I am Lorna I have had RA for 4 years now and like yourself had it in almost all my joints. It was so severe, in the course of 5 weeks I went from being a garden enthusiast, doing all in the garden to being bed ridden and needing most things done for me. I take Mangosteen Juice which I have taken since I was diagnosed and Within the 1st year I was virtually pain free. Now 4 years on I have no pain whatsoever, I still take my therapy drugs but I keep exceptionally well as long as I do not overdo things.

I am interested to read about your remedy and I will look into this myself with my own GP for myself and my husband who has knee problems. I have read about the good affects of omega 3 and if its a way of getting a higher dose it is worth checking out.

I hope you continue to find relief and if you would like to know more about Mangosteen do ask Nras for my phone number. I would be happy to let you now where I buy it from. There are lots of scam companies out there, but mine is 100% Mangosteen. I swear by the stuff.

Take care Lorna Smile
